The founder of the Integrated Management Institute©, Dr Robert Sroufe, is a thought leader and the Falk Chair of Socially Responsible Management and Professor of Sustainability in one of the first Sustainability Schools in the U.S., Chatham University. Actively engaged in projects year-round, he has helped MNCs, SMEs, NGOs, and city governments. Academic solutions involve helping develop and lead a #1-ranked MBA Sustainability program in the U.S. and enabling schools to become signatories to the UN Principles for Responsible Management Education. He is an Integrated Management activist, optimist, advisor, champion of the UN SDGs, translator of sustainable value, keynote speaker, collaborator, and outdoor enthusiast.

About Our Work

As a Climate Ambassador with Climate Interactive at MIT, Robert also facilitates ENRoads simulations for corporate, NGO, and academic audiences.
